The new ball used for the world cup is called Jabulani made by the company Adidas. Jabulani means happy and celebration in South Africa.
There are 11 colors used in the Jabulani, which indicates the 11 players in every team, 11 official languages of South Africa, and 11 South African tribes that make up the country.
3-D spherically formed EVA and TPU panels are molded together forming a more round spherical shape then the other soccer balls before.
The aero grooves and the grip n groove creating circular patterns around the ball creates the ball to go through the air faster and more stabilized and the most accurate ball.
